The company has a department dedicated to the repair and recalibration of our, or other manufacturers, products. Repaired items will be issued with a test and calibration certificate traceable to a national standard and covered by a six month limited warranty.
The product should be returned with a problem description to the company. On receipt the company will examine and test the product to determine the fault and required remedy. A quotation will be supplied for the necessary repair. In the event that the cost of the repair exceeds 60% of a replacement product the item will be deemed beyond economical repair.
If an order to proceed has not been received within three months of the quotation issue the company reserves the right to dispose of the item.
